Directions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high. Grill the pork tenderloin to your desired doneness and set it aside to rest.
- Prepare the mac & cheese according to the directions on the box. Grill the asparagus and briefly reheat the pork tenderloin on the grill. Stir the mushrooms into the mac & cheese.
- Place the mac & cheese and asparagus on a plate. Thinly slice the pork tenderloin before adding it to the plate. Drizzle the pork with the fig glaze before serving.
